1. Final Sale Policy

All international orders are considered Final Sale. This means that items cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size, color, or product. We kindly ask you to review your order details, size guides, and product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.


 

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great care in our quality control process. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@delonofficial.com within 3 days of receiving your package.

  • You must provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at our discretion, including covering the necessary shipping cost.

 

3. Failed Deliveries

If a package is refused by the recipient or delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any return-to-sender fees or additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from any potential refund.
