Shipping Policy
After the payment for your order is successful, it will take up to 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to process and ship out your order. If your order is placed on a Friday, your parcel will likely be shipped out on the following Monday or the next business day.

Enjoy complimentary shipping for delivery with a minimum spend of $75 & above.

For orders below $75, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided. You will be able to review the final shipping cost before finalizing your order.
- Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or custom fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost at the checkout.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Malaysia. Your order will take approximately 7 to 21 working days for delivery. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe. Kindly expect delays in delivery during holiday/peak season.

Once the ordered product(s) are shipped, no cancellation will be accepted but you can opt for a exchange request.

You may track your parcel in the FEDEX e-tracking system 12 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email. (https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html)
- If a package is refused by the recipient or delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, any re-shipping fees or additional charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If your parcel is lost, please contact the carrier directly to file an inquiry. We will provide all necessary documents to assist in your claim.
